CDMTM is India’s first & only hybrid mentoring program that provides a holistic approach to men’s personal development. The program encompasses various facets such as communication, technology, entrepreneurship, spirituality, time management, financial discipline, personal grooming, fashion and style. A key aspect of the program is modelling and content creation skills. Finalists and winners are offered opportunities to model for fashion, beauty, and other brands during and after the program, providing them with valuable exposure, experience and work contracts. With CDMTM, men can enhance their skills and transform into well-rounded individuals, ready to tackle any challenge in the modern world.

Founder
Kal Kalim is the Founder and Vision Director of the Clothes Don’t Maketh The Man academy and aims to empower men through a holistic approach that covers various aspects such as communication, technology, entrepreneurship, spirituality, time management, financial discipline, personal grooming, fashion and style. As a fashion photographer based in Melbourne, Australia, Kal has collaborated with global brands across Europe, Australia, Indonesia and India over the last two decades, focusing on sustainability, diversity, inclusiveness and representation for marginalized communities. Kal also created the Australian Supermodel of the Year program, the most authentic & powerful beauty pageant in Australia, which helps young aspiring models and influencers discover their inner beauty and potential. Through his work, Kal is always trying to make a positive impact on society and inspire future generations to create a better world.
